 Participants 

The participants in this programme are professionals who are members of one or more remote teams.

 Learning outcomes 

At the end of the training, the participants will:

  • Know how to manage their physical and mental well-being whilst working from a remote location (e.g. home office)
  • Know how to contribute to a productive and healthy remote team
  • Know how to build & maintain trusted relationships over distance
  • Contribute to an engaging, friendly, and highly productive meeting environment.
  • Apply the rules of virtual “etiquette”.
  • Handle the communication technology with ease.

Also, participants will enjoy being part of a remote team more than they did before as they discover its potential.

  • Duration: 4 sessions of 2 hours each, 1 hour of preparation between each session, 2 hours of peer group work between sessions (Remote)
