We have carefully selected our coaches following a set of strict selection criteria. Our executive coaches are highly qualified and experienced. Most of them speak several languages and work flexibly in several locations.

We pride ourselves on proposing a wide variety of areas of coaching and making sure that each coach intervenes only in what they do best.

One of our strong added value is face to face coaching ; this is what our clients’ executives prefer. When appropriate, we will of course use remote communication for coaching sessions.

We care about our coaches, and do our best to make sure our collaboration benefits them. We regularly organise calls with our coaches where one of them will present highly valuable contents to the others. We have also recently organised an Embodiment course for them. If you are a coach, this course is also open to you.

We hand-pick our executive coaches against strict quality criteria that are far-exceeding standard certification requirements. We interview each coach, identify what they do best, check their references and get to understand their coaching approach. We stay in touch and regularly update their profiles.

PROFESSIONAL COACHING

  1. 200 hours of coaching relevant training including 40+ hours in the past 2 years
  2. 750 hours of coaching experience including 250 hours over the past 2 years
  3. 5+ years of experience of executive coaching/leadership development as a main aspect of work
  4. Corporate work or behavioral psychology experience in a work environment
  5. Appropriate documented coaching supervision
  6. Adherence to a recognized code of ethics

Executive coaching

  1. 300 hours of coaching relevant training including 40+ hours in the past 2 years
  2. 1500 hours of coaching experience including 350 hours over the past 2 years
  3. 5+ years of experience of executive coaching/leadership development as a main aspect of work
  4. Corporate work or behavioral psychology experience in a work environment
  5. Appropriate documented coaching supervision
  6. Adherence to a recognized code of ethics

Senior Executive Coaching

  1. 400 hours of coaching relevant training including 40+ hours in the past 2 years
  2. 3000 hours of coaching experience including 1000 hours over the past 2 years
  3. 5+ years of experience of executive coaching/leadership development as a main aspect of work
  4. Leadership or behavioral psychology experience at senior management level
  5. Appropriate documented coaching supervision
  6. Adherence to a recognized code of ethics

Company coaching pool & Organizational Learning

We can help you to create or manage a specific pool of coaches for your company. As you work with the same group of coaches, they become familiar with your objectives and challenges. They understand your values, competency frameworks and talent development criteria.
