Work Culture Architecture

 Programme summary

This training will lead participants into “World Café” process that open new perspectives supporting a collective reorganization of the culture of the work environment. By accessing a systemic, multiperspective, value and intention forming approach, participants will share in a reorganization of the culture of the environment they belong to. By bringing both transparency and the hierarchy of responsibility into the collective exploration, each participant will be empowered to add their voice and perspective to the process, while acknowledging the different requirements of each team member. Through this training, the team or organization can bring the work culture out of a top down pyramid hierarchy that inhibits cross communication to a responsibility-based decision making structure that benefits from transparency and the intelligence of the collective.

The participants that can benefit from this programme are managers, senior and team leaders and team members.

It will move the work culture into a more systemic level of operation and bring a greater coherency in the decision-making process. Participants will take a greater responsibility for their own individual intention and the role they play within the team and organization.
