Intervention Process
How it works
Align
Stakeholder meetings are organized to define the desired state and objectives.
Create
A first coaching proposal “rough design” is proposed.
Assess
In order to determine the current state and the future desired state, a team diagnostic and stakeholder interviews are conducted.
Design
The final coaching design proposal is submitted based on revisions made based on the results of the assessment phase.
Implement
Once all stakeholders are aligned on the final design, we plan and implement the intervention.
