BETTINA COURT
Co-Founder & Coaching Director
With 20+ years of experience as a leadership senior executive in the finance, retail and banking industries and then as an executive coach, Bettina co-founded Developing Talent with a mission to share her passion for lifelong development and to help people live better lives.
At Developing Talent, she takes the lead in content development and design. She also leads and facilitates exchanges and mutual learning within the pool of coaches. With an expert eye for global business and a focus on concrete results, she also oversees all leadership development interventions to ensure that they meet the highest standards in the industry.
JEAN-STEPHANE SZIJARTO
Co-Founder & Managing Director
A successful business entrepreneur, with an IT and MBA training, Jean-Stéphane combined his passion for business and coaching when he co-founded Developing Talent. His vision was to build a global one-point contact business for everything around leadership.
At Developing Talent, his role is business development and establishing true partnerships with the clients. He brings the creativity of a true entrepreneur, the precision of an EPFL engineer and the awareness of a weathered business coach to propose the best solutions for the clients’ leadership development needs.
SUSANNE NYGREN
Operations Manager
With over twenty years spent in administration, operations and HR for various companies in the tourism industry, Susanne Nygren joined the Developing Talent team as operations manager.
Her role at Developing Talent is to make it work! Susanne runs the entire operations and ensures that all assignments, interactions with clients and coaches run smoothly and efficiently. In particular, she runs the reporting functions and is in charge of billing and invoices. She is the to-go person for coaches and clients on all non-content related matters.
