Manager as Coach

 Programme summary 

The training is made of: Two half day core coaching skills for managers with practice and applied learning in between. Every conversation can be held in a way that openly explores and empowers the other person. The key is framing the conversation appropriately, having the right intentions and gaining permission. Building connection and rapport precedes context. Managers usually have an assumed context, but when this context is made explicit by involving the other person it sets the foundations for better outcomes. Coaching skills can set the conversation up for greater success for all involved. This short programme with help managers to draw on their own strengths to improve their leadership skills in the workplace and beyond.

 Participants 

The participants in this programme can be anyone with line management responsibility or who needs to shape and direct conversations with other parties.
