Leading virtually SA

 Programme summary

The training is made of pre-work, readings, presentation, group discussions and exercises.

Leading teams across the barriers of culture, language, time zones and technology can be challenging for even the most experienced of leaders and yet people are often asked to undertake this complex task with little or no support to help them. We have run training programmes on remote leadership for over ten years and we know what the key areas of challenge are. Therefore, this short, punchy training module addresses the three major challenges of remote, cross-border leadership: leading the virtual team; leading individual team members remotely; and managing yourself as a leader to ensure maximum effectiveness.
