Leadership training skills for senior leaders SA

 Programme summary 

The training includes pre-work, readings, lectures, team exercises, the Leadership Circle Test and two group coaching sessions.

By attending this training session with other senior leaders, you will develop and experiment your reflective intelligence, as well as your active presence, your ability to feed and enrich your consciousness while increasing your personal value within your organization. You will also be able to multiply your day-to-day impact strategies, acquire a flexible efficiency and identify practical solutions allowing your team and yourself to get beyond the chaotic perception of complexity.


The participants in this programme are senior leaders.

 Learning outcomes 

At the end of the training, the participants will be able to:

  • Embody the mindset of a transformational leader, live and foster healthy and ethical relationships within their teams.
  • Create and maintain powerful alliances in their organization.
  • Effectively combine their reactive skills and their creative capacities as established by the Leadership Circle questionnaire.
  • Choose the best action strategies to serve their teams, organization and contribute to the success of small or wide projects.
