Leadership training skills for senior leaders CW

 Programme summary 

The training is made of 3 modules of 2 days each (face to face) plus 2 virtual group sessions of 2 hours each and 3 virtual individual sessions of 2 hours each. It also includes 2 in-between tasks with another participant. Each module contains essential and comprehensive inputs regarding personality aspects followed by personal inquiries in break out groups of 2 or 3, followed by a plenary session for questions and comments. At some stages this set up is amended by Gestalt Dialogues and exercises in the plenary. The virtual group sessions safeguard the transfer to the respective leadership praxis by challenges, additional inputs, reflections and group discussions. The virtual individual sessions are personal coaching sessions in order to customize the training to the individual situation and personality of the participant. The programme also includes two acknowledged personality tests.


The participants in this programme are senior managers and those leaders who have already attended the range of leadership skill trainings and who want to grow their personal impact and to influence through their personality.

 Learning outcomes 

At the end of the training, the participants will be able to live transformational leadership, to create charismatic interactions, to provide an additional level of effective and clear orientation for their direct reports, to create trust by their aware, autonomous and authentic personality and to live personal mastery, which is the conscious management of their ego needs versus their true qualities. The outcome is less a skill than a highly increased state of consciousness, an emotional intelligence and the ability to manage consciousness.
