The training includes a series of exercises, workshops, personalized coaching from a trainer, lectures, exchanges and case-based examples.

Applying gained knowledge to a practical case, participants will work in teams through the five (5) process groups and the ten (10) knowledge domains and benefit from trainer coaching.

The participants in this programme are project managers, team leaders, team members: beginner, intermediate or advanced.
