 Programme summary 

The training is made of pre-work, readings, presentation, group discussion and team exercises. 

As an operational manager, the leader focuses on the management of collective and individual performance, as well as the achievement of results. As a coach, the leader focuses on employees’ development. These two roles are complementary: performance management reinforces skills while skills development improves performance. In this training, you will develop your coaching skills to favor empowerment and autonomy within your team. 

* This course qualifies you for 21 PMI® Professional Development Units (PDUs).
