Programme summary
This program is designed to improve participants fluency in delivering and receiving feedback in a professional context. Course content will cover:
- The participant’s specific potential strengths and weaknesses using the ACUMEN framework
- A thorough exploration of common “Do’s and Don’ts” within the feedback process
- Develop a critical understanding of the so-called ‘Feedback Model’
- Acquire greater confidence in the process through individual and group practice
- Handling reactions to feedback
- Seeking and receiving feedback
Participants
Participants in this program are managers, senior leaders and individuals who have an interest in developing their communication skill set within the feedback process. This program is suitable for managers and employees at any level of the organization. The course does not assume any prior knowledge and does not require any additional readings.
Learning outcomes
By the end of this course, participants should be able to: $
- Develop a solid understanding of the importance of feedback as a key business tool, central to reaching desired outcomes
- Gain practical experience working with relevant tools and techniques in order to make feedback bring tangible result to their role
- Participant will actively develop concrete plans to manage reactions to feedback, and hone their personal approach to the process
