Emotional Intelligence for Leaders PQ

 Programme summary 

In this course, participants will develop a comprehensive understanding of what EQ is; the value it can bring to individual performance, and by extension – the benefit it can deliver at the organizational level. Participants will consider the various dimensions of EQ, engaging with key models and frameworks, and will gain personal insights into EQ with the benefit of assessment tools. Participants will be given the opportunity to integrate the learnings from the training into a formal personal action plan – and reflect upon individual and group insights garnered over the course of the training.

The training will involve all participants being required to complete the assessment tool, The Six Seconds EQ Model. 


Participants in this program is highly relevant for managers, senior leaders and individuals. 

 Learning outcomes 

At the end of the training, the participants will be able to:

  • Develop a firm understanding of what Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is
  • Gain insights why EQ is so important to the individual – and their workplace
  • Make connections between EQ skills – and success factors in one’s life
  • The benefits of how building EQ is critical to the Organization
  • Using the Six Seconds EQ Assessment Tool, participants will gain data-driven insights
  • Participants will interpret and reflect on their individual results and that of the group
  • Develop a Personal Action plan
