Do conflicts paralyze you? Detecting a potentially conflictual situation and intervening effectively by adopting a structured approach to resolve conflicts is a developing skill. Whether they happen daily or on more occasional moments, these situations require attention and competence. They also require from every concerned manager good personal preparation since challenging situations can sometimes bring you to the threshold of your own limits.

 Participants 

The participants in this programme are managers, leaders, and individual contributors. 

 Learning outcomes 

At the end of the training, the participants will be able to:

  • Position themselves and analyze elements related to a difficult situation
  • Become an assertive manager.<
  • Get familiar with tools and intervention models to use in any conflict situation.
  • Develop their abilities to manage emotional situations to generate results and collaboration.
