In this course, participants will gain a comprehensive foundation to key aspects of change management, beginning with a brief introduction to the main framework within the field, to more in-depth and practical exploration of how change models potentially relate to their individual organizational context.   • How communication strategies can be leveraged to support the organizational change

Participants in this program is highly relevant for managers, senior leaders and individuals who are positioned to act as change agents within a wider transformational program. The content will be appropriate for individuals from a wide array of organizational functions. 

 Learning outcomes 

By the end of this course, participants should be able to:

  • Be conversant with the key change models, and understand their various constituent parts
  • Appreciate the stakeholder considerations inherent in a comprehensive change program
  • Be aware of the organizational culture aspects as they relate, including how change needs to be aligned with company vision, mission, and values
  • Understand how a change program can be launched, mobilized and entrench within the organization
