Change management RK

 Programme summary

This training will present methods that help participants manage pressure and crisis in a manner that supports their well-being and self-development. Through different exercises drawn from Yoga, the martial art of Aikido and mindfulness meditation, participants will be guided into becoming more balanced, present, relaxed, aware and engaged. They will access the Cognitive, Emotional and Kinesthetic (Body) Intelligence domains inherent within them. By doing so, they will learn how to align them and benefit from a more coherent perspective on themselves and the crisis at hand. This training will give the skills that enable the participants to relax the physical and emotional stressors of crisis, regain a sense of being at ease in the situation while meeting the moment with presence and curiosity.
