Business Leadership Program
Programme summary
Executive leadership skills are crucial to the success of any organization. Executives must possess business acumen, leadership, to present, influence and connect with others in a powerful and persuasive manner. The BLP is a tailor-made in-house program weaving together leadership skills and showcasing your internal leaders. The program is built around 2-3 business-specific group projects with sub-teams working during the recommended 2-month inter-session using Lean or Agile approaches.
At the end the session the groups present their findings to senior leadership.

- Self-awareness as leader
- Understanding team development phases
- Difference between individual contributors & leader of others
- How to move teams to higher performance; creating team agreements for results centred on a common team “why”
- Obtaining higher levels of engagement
- Feedback for improved results
- Difficult conversations
- Cross cultural awareness
- Coaching for results, growth and self-development
- Presentation skills with gravitas for all audience sizes and styles; positive language for greater results
- Objective setting, delegating and following up with team members; setting and managing everchanging priorities
- Leading transformation: making sense of change;
- Continuous coaching and development of individuals / team; follow-up conference calls 3 / 6 months after completion of the face-to-face sessions.
The training is adaptable to roundtables from company leaders.
Participants
For leaders transitioning from IC to LO, for national and international groups up to 12-15.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the training, participants will be ready to:
