Stress and resilience PA

 Programme summary 

The training is made of:

  • 4 x half day remote modules introducing the wellbeing model and research-based strategies for successfully managing stress and building resilience (or can be delivered as 2 days F2F)
  • Participants will be required to read a short research related article as pre reading prior to attending each module
  • Each person will have the opportunity to complete a confidential stress questionnaire to gain insight into their own trigger points and areas where they can strengthen their resilience

 Participants 

The participants on this programme can be groups of senior leaders, managers, individual contributors across the organization, or an intact team.

The sessions will be interactive and there will be plenty of opportunities to work in small breakout groups to discuss and explore each of the topics covered.

 Learning outcomes 

At the end of the training, the participants will have:

  • Gained insight into their own stress levels, trigger points and how to move themself into a more grounded, centered and productive state, based on latest research findings from Psychology and Neuroscience
  • Discussed in small breakout groups, the key strategies and techniques and how best to apply these day to day
  • Practised mindfulness and centering techniques as key strategies in managing stress and building resilience
  • Explored approaches used by Sports Psychologists to build resilience and high performance in elite athletes
