The Art & Science of Leadership Presence

 Programme summary 

This program reveals to you the invisible power necessary to project greater competence, credibility and gravitas to enhance relationships and most effectively drive business results. As an individual, you will increase your assertiveness and personal power in high-pressure situations, and face-to-face, virtual and group interactions will be taken to the next level. Through theory and action learning, you will discover what it takes to look, act and sound calm and confident while achieving instant credibility and projecting executive presence. You will spend considerable time in small groups of 6-8 people receiving intensive, laser-like coaching and feedback, practicing skills in 4 individual video recorded exercises, and effectively manage yourself while experiencing simulations of high stress situations. You will walk away with the awareness, motivation and skills to consciously make the choice to step into a “partner” mindset in all your interactions.


This program is ideal if you are a leader or senior leader, high potential or a key project team member. You will improve your ability to influence others regardless of your positional power.

 Learning outcomes 

  • Establish yourselves as powerful and approachable leaders with greater gravitas in under 30 seconds; understand multiple reasons for, and benefits of, a partnership-based approach in all business relationships
  • Increase self-confidence, speak persuasively and assertively with instant credibility, especially when working in a second language
  • Enhance influencing, negotiation and mediation skills. Present with impact to build stronger relationships and drive desired outcomes.
  • More consciously step into the partner mindset with greater emotional intelligence during challenges (i.e. managing and preventing conflict, reducing stress, increasing resilience and recovering from mistakes); take personal responsibility for building / repairing partnerships across the organisation
