 Programme summary 

 The training is made of pre-work, readings, presentation, group discussions and exercises. 

This training module will allow you to understand stress and its mechanisms in order to act quickly and maintain a balanced life. In group, we will identify the sources of stress, evaluate your stress and resilience levels and find solutions to cope with their consequences while exploring possible attitudes to adopt in front of challenging situations. 


 The participants in this programme are managers, leaders, senior leaders, individual contributors, etc. 

 Learning outcomes 

At the end of the training, the participants will be able to: 

  • Become aware of the importance of developing their tolerance to stress. 
  • Recognize the symptoms of stress. 
  • Obtain tricks and tools to manage stress, stay balanced, and make stress their ally. 
  • Establish a realistic and stimulating plan of action to manage stress at work.
