PRINCE2 Certification
Programme summary
PRINCE2 is widely used in Europe, and its materials (courses, books, exams) have been translated in many languages. It is process oriented, and offers Project Managers a detailed way to implement any kind of project. It is strongly connected to other methodologies like ITIL, MSP (Managing Successful Programs), MOR (Management of Risk), etc
The course offers a strong theoretical base into the PRINCE2 methodology and finishes by an exam which offers participants the official, coveted Foundation Certification.
The course can be complemented by an additional 1.5 days that will offer the high level Practitioner Certification, and by another day where participants get to implement their own projects using PRINCE2.
Courses can also be organized for Project Directors – Project Boards, and Project Members.
Participants
The participants in this programme can be anyone who wants to maximise the probability their projects will succeed (Project Managers). One frequent cause of Project failure being the lack of support from upper management, participants can also be Project Board (Steering Committee members). Participants can also be Project Members who are involved in Projects but don’t manage them.

- Use PRINCE2 effectively (Project Managers) and gain the highly valued Foundation/Practitioner certifications
- Direct Projects efficiently to ensure their success (for Project Board members)
- Understand what is expected of them in the context of a Project (for Project members)
