Diversity and Inclusion
Programme summary
The training is composed of the following modules (listed below), which form the building blocks for the course. This will enable the participant to understand how D&I related issues impact workplace efficiency.
- Understanding Diversity and Inclusion
- Understanding Workplace Respect and Dignity
- Understanding Stereotypes
- Communication, including the Use of Language and Listening Habits
- Working with Multicultural Teams
- Leveraging Diversity: from Awareness to Collaborative Action
- Managing and Leading in Difference Cultures
- Team Building and Trust in Virtual Teams
Participants
The participants suitable for this program are managers, leaders, senior leaders, individual contributors. All participants will be provided with pre-work, readings prior to the training.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the training, the participants will be able to:
- Understand the various dimensions of diversity, such as Generation, Gender, Ethnicity, National Culture, will be considered, with each dimension used as a prism to view aspects within each work area.
- Generate personal insights into their existing workplace and development, including personal / team plan.
