 Programme summary 

The training is made up of:

  • Pre-work, including surveys and readings
  • Course content is presented through a combination of slide presentation, group and individual exercises, role plays. There is scope to provide each participant with a Development / Personal Learning Plan.


This program is suitable for managers, leaders, senior leaders, individual contributors. 

 Learning outcomes 

At the end of the training, the participants will be able to:

  • Define what unconscious bias is – and be able to explain the phenomenon
  • Develop a critical understanding of the consequences and costs of unconscious bias
  • Help identify and address the unconscious bias that can impede productivity and performance
  • Raise awareness and develop a strategy to become intentional in creating an inclusive environment where employee differences are valued and welcomed
  • Design a clear plan to reduce bias in the participant’s workplace Our unconscious bias facilitator provides practical tools and relevant techniques to override bias and rewire the brain to become more inclusive and effective.
