Our pool of coaches

We identify and select qualified and experienced coaches against strictest quality criteria. We interview each coach, identify what they do best, check their references and get to understand their coaching approach. You can trust that the coaches we propose are excellent at what they do, exceed typical certification requirements and subscribe to strict ethical codes. They are based in Switzerland and around the world.

We pride ourselves on proposing a wide variety of areas of coaching, each coach intervening only in what they do best.

Company specific coaching pools

You can select a specific pool of coaches for your company so that they become familiar with your companies’ objectives and challenges and understand your values, competency frameworks and talent development criteria. If you already have your coaches pool, we can help you manage  it via our dedicated intranet. We can help you select additional coaches for your company, around the world; this involves idenitfying, interviewing, checking references and qualifications and reviewing audio tapes.

We can help you manage this pool and get the best out of this privileged relationship with people who will have a unique insight into your company’s strengths and challenges.

Our selection criteria

All DevelopingTalent coaches are strictly selected against the following criteria:

Professional coaching Executive coaching Senior Executive coaching
References Three validated references at the highest level the coach is working.
Coaching relevant education Coaching relevant training of at least 200h, of which at least 40h in the last two years Coaching relevant training of at least 300h, of which at least 40h in the last two years Coaching relevant training of at least 400h, of which at least 40h in the last two years
Coaching experience
  • Min 5 years as a main aspect of work
  • Min 250h over the last 2 years
  • Min 750 h in total
  • Min 5 years as a main aspect of work
  • Min 350h over the last 2 years
  • Min 1500 h in total
  • Min 5 years as a main aspect of work
  • Min 1000h over the last 2 years
  • Min 3000h in total
Corporate/Working experience Corporate working experience, or

Behavioural psychology experience in a work environment

Leadership experience at senior management level, or

Relevant behavioural psychology experience at senior management level

Supervision Appropriate documented coaching supervision.
Quality check Yearly review of audio tape (authorized by the coachee)
Code of ethics Adherence to a recognized code of ethics
